
Job Summary
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for the company and will provide administrative support across the organization. Will handle the flow of customers via telephone and/or face-to-face. Will insure all other responsibilities assigned are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Duties and Responsibilities
Job duties for the Receptionist include but are not limited to:
- Acts as a good will ambassador for the dealership by promoting professionalism and displaying excellent customer satisfaction skills.
- Maintains efficient communications within the department, as well as between departments. Promotes harmony and a team spirit with all the other departments.
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information.
- Performs various accounting duties as assigned.
- Performs all duties in a safe manner following all company safety guidelines and policies.
- Performs other duties as requested or required.
Qualifications
Good communication skills, multi-tasking skills and computer skills preferred. High school diploma or the equivalent is required. Candidate must be able to pass a drug test.
Working Conditions
Extended working hours may be required, which may include working at nighttime or weekends.
Physical Requirements
This is an office environment requiring sitting for long periods of time.
